This intimate space is notable for its hand-crafted cocktails and detailed spirit tastings, curated with care by our staff, whatever you decide to indulge in is sure to leave you with a new outlook on how to approach spirits. Experience Behind the Scenes of Treaty Oak Whiskey and Waterloo Gin
Explore the Treaty Oak Distillery with a knowledgeable tour guide as you learn about our heritage, history, and what it takes to make craft spirits in Texas. Enjoy the sensory experience of our Waterloo No.9 Gin botanicals as you smell and sip the expression. Discuss the process of mashing, fermenting, and distilling as you walk amongst our state-of-the-art equipment. Then move into the Rickhouse for Q&A and to sample our Treaty Oak Ghost Hill Straight Bourbon Whiskey and barrel-aged Waterloo Antique Gin as you dive into the science of maturation. After your tour is finished, receive a complimentary cocktail and don’t forget to enjoy a meal at Alice’s Restaurant to complete your visit.

SINGLE BARREL SELECT
Our Single Barrel Select program, an in-depth VIP Texas bourbon tasting. You will sample from five of our Ghost Hill Texas Bourbon barrels while we discuss the unique factors that result in subtle variation from barrel to barrel. Once you’ve chosen your favorite, you can wax dip your own custom bottle to take home. The proof, bottling date, and barrel number will be on the bottle. Ticket includes one personalized bottle of cask strength Ghost Hill Texas Bourbon, Alice’s BBQ plate, and 20% discount on all food and beverages for the day. Only 10 spots available per session.
BAR ESSENTIALS COCKTAIL CLASS
Our Introductory Class includes instruction on bar tools and how to use them, plus history of and how to make three classic cocktails. Includes 1 welcome drink and choice of 375ml bottle. This experience will last one hour.
BRISKET CLASS
Join our Brisket Class and learn all you need to know about cooking the perfect brisket every time! Our Pitmasters will show you how to select your meat, trim, inject, season, timelines, the cooking process, methods for cooking on Smokers and Grills, wood selection, slicing & common mistakes. Get to sample our brisket during the class, a welcome cocktail, and take home a bottle of our house-made Bourbon BBQ Sauce!

We are excited to share with you our menu at Alice's Restaurant features Texas barbecue and comfort food in a serene hill country setting where it is nestled under giant 150 year old live oaks on the 28 acre Treaty Oak Distilling Ranch.
At the bar, choose from beer, cocktails, tapped drinks, and the distillery’s experimental whiskeys. Our cocktails are made only with Treaty Oak Spirits and fresh ingredients that are kegged and served on tap, resulting in a perfectly balanced cocktail, every time.
The Rickhouse

The open aired Rickhouse is home to genuine smiles and laid back vibes. At the bar, choose from a selection of our craft beers, cocktails or a tasting of any of the Treaty Oak spirits. Rows of picnic tables perfect for large groups to gather and additional lounge areas that set the scene for a more intimate experience for groups or a comfortable spot to watch the game.

Located in the middle of our property, our 1950's Pearl Brewing Truck converted stage pays homage to this value near and dear to our company and provides entertainment for our guests all year long. Whether you stop by on a quiet Friday evening in the fall or join us for our epic Memorial Day Celebration, you'll enjoy the sounds of bluegrass artists, country legends, and local talent while you sip and savor.
