COCKTAIL CLASS

Whether you are new to making cocktails, or have some party hosting experience, this class covers it all! We will begin by identifying essential bar tools, then share the history of three classic cocktails and how to make them. This course explores how to elevate your cocktail with fresh herbs, flowers, fruits, and vegetables from your own garden, or local farmers market. We will discuss how to prepare simple syrups, liqueurs, infusions, and garnishes. In addition, you will learn how different flavors pair with certain spirits, and ways to add your unique style to a cocktail. This experience will last between one to two hours.
