We use only Texas molasses and Hill Country spring water as our base ingredients. To this mixture, we add a proprietary strain of yeast that adds subtle, distinguishing flavor notes in the finished product. Once fully fermented, we distill this wash in our state of the art stills. The result of our techniques is a modern evolution of an old-world spirit.
